$10 cover charge at the door after 3PM for all non ticket holders. No rooftop access until after the fireworks unless you have purchased a ticket as outlined below. No In/Out privileges once entered after 3PM. Unaccompanied minors under the age of 21 are not permitted to be in the building past 9PM! No rainchecks, no refunds, no exceptions!!!
